My sister and I are extremely proud to be apart of a business that has been in existence for more than 35 years. It all started with the hard work of my mother, father and grandfather in a tiny, two-car garage. Today, with our amazing technicians and technologically advanced shop, we are able to service 20 cars simultaneously. Our ability to adapt to the rapidly changing automotive industry and utilize the newest computerized equipment separates us from the other auto body shops in Staten Island. One thing that remains unchanged is our incredible drive to please our customers and give back to the community.
Our involvement with the Verrazano Kiwanis Club gives us the opportunity to tackle important issues experienced by veterans, senior citizens, homeless, children and those struggling with drug addiction. We have also been able to meet with high school students in the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, a program in the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce; not only were we were able to motivate them to chase their dreams but also understand their perspective on entrepreneurship and its impact on the community. Being apart of the various groups on Staten Island has allowed us to help people in ways we never imagined.
My father has stressed the importance of customer service to me and my sister since our days in the shop after high school. Each and every one of our staff members wants to make sure that the customers are comfortable with their experience and happy with the service that we have provided. At Barry’s Auto Body of Staten Island, we treat every customer like family.
