Paintless Dent Repair is a process that allows our technicians to push a dent out from the inside of the vehicle’s body panel instead of body filling, sanding and painting. Today, we use state-of-the art tools that make the process quick and efficient.
First, our technicians will inspect the dent and warm the metal with a heat lamp to avoid paint damage and make the body panel more flexible. With dent removal rods, pings, a dent tapper and a rubber-hammer, we gently tap the center of the focus area until the dent pops out. On rare occasions, we drill a 3/16″ hole to get better access to the dent. But don’t worry, the hole is made by a trained professional with tons of experience in making sure the hole is completely invisible to the naked eye. Once the dent is out, we get rid of any scuffs or marks by waxing and compounding the previously damaged area. Finally, we apply an acid etch metal primer that protects the spot from corroding or rusting. In just 45 minutes, your car is fixed and and ready to go!
