Barry’s Auto Body, the eco-friendly, Staten Island collision repair shop, is proud to name Anthony Rapacciuolo as our Community Member of the Month.
Mr. Rapacciuolo has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the Staten Island Community. His work as a Board Member of The Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund, an organization founded in the name of Carl V. Bini, a New York City firefighter who perished in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center, has provided assistance to Staten Islanders in need including victims of Super Storm Sandy and educational scholarships to young students.
The family at Barry’s Auto Body, the eco-friendly, Staten Island collision repair shop, is especially grateful to Mr. Rapacciuolo for his service as a member of the YMCA Counseling Center whose mission is to provide counseling services to individuals and families struggling with drug addiction. The organization offers comprehensive prevention and treatment services. state-licensed outpatient program includes treatment services for adults and older teens, prevention services for at-risk youth, and counseling services for children whose lives have been affected by a family member’s addiction. As a family who has lost a loved one to addiction, we commend Mr. Rapacciuolo for his ongoing commitment to help address the addiction crisis that has hit Staten Island especially hard.
Mr. Rapacciuolo’s additional volunteer service includes his membership on the Development Committee at his alma mater, St. Joseph by-the-Sea. He also serves as an NYPD Community Partner, a member of the Executive Club of the Verrazano Kiwanis Club and the Executive Director of the South Shore Business Improvement District.
Mr. Rappacciuolo’s service has been recognized by many other organizations. He is the recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award; the Top 31 Future People of Influence Award; and the Twenty Under 40 Leadership Award.
In addition to being the founder of PRCision, Mr. Rapacciuolo is part owner of Giovanni Restaurant on Richmond Avenue in Eltingville, Staten Island and a freelance writer for Manhattan-based magazine, New York Lifestyle Magazine.
